As a Professional Services Advisor you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring they receive high-quality professional services tailored to their business needs. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate solutions, and optimize processes and platform utilization to maximize the value of our services.

Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Vice President, Customer Success
Location: Remote - US Based
Target Base Salary Range: $90,000–$93,500 annual base salary
Target On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range: $100,000–$112,000 annual OTE target
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions to assess unique customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Partner with customers to design, implement and optimize customized ChurnZero configurations that align with their business objectives.
Generate customized, on-demand reports to provide actionable insights from ChurnZero data.
Develop clear documentation, templates, and guides to support customer self-sufficiency with configurations delivered.
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Create and maintain project plans, tracking progress and providing regular stakeholder updates.
Design scalable configuration frameworks that can be applied across multiple customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success and product alignment.
Participate in customer Executive Business Reviews with CSMs, demonstrating the value of Professional Services and how it contributes to the customer’s overall success with ChurnZero
Track and log time spent on projects and proactively discuss Professional Services consumption reports with customers to ensure alignment on usage and value.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Professional Services, consulting, or solution architecture within a SaaS or technology company.
Advanced technical proficiency with ChurnZero and strong knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong communication and project management skills
Ability to think critically and strategically to identify opportunities to optimize customer ChurnZero systems
Ability to use time productively and efficiently using the tools and resources available
Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solver
Ability to work independently and manage a large portfolio of large accounts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
