GTM Engineer

You’ll contribute to our end-to-end customer experience — from lead capture through deal close, renewal, and expansion — ensuring every stage is measurable, automated, and intelligently optimized. This role blends data engineering, analytics, automation, and AI implementation to drive smarter decisions and faster growth. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and customer success to unify data, uncover insights, and build the technical backbone that enables our teams to operate efficiently and at scale.

Job Title: GTM Engineer
Classification: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Revenue Operations
Location: Remote
Target OTE Range: $115k to $140k annual OTE target**
**Target OTE Range assumes US residency, and other locales may have a different range

What You’ll Do

  • Design and Scale GTM Infrastructure: Architect, implement, and continuously optimize workflows across acquisition, onboarding, expansion, and renewal.

  • Unify Data and Systems: Build and maintain integrations between CRM, marketing automation, product, and customer success platforms to ensure seamless, trusted data flow.

  • Deliver Actionable Insights: Develop dashboards and frameworks that surface critical metrics on funnel performance, deal velocity, retention, and expansion opportunities.

  • Operationalize AI and Automation: Implement AI-driven workflows for lead scoring, intent detection, forecasting, and personalization to improve decision-making and customer outcomes.

Who You Are

Experience and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or CX Operations within a SaaS or B2B environment

  • Proficiency with core GTM and AI systems such as CSPs, CRMs, marketing automation & lead nurture, data enrichment, workflow automation, business intelligence, conversation intelligence, etc.

  • Strong experience with workflow automation and integration platforms to connect and scale go-to-market processes.

  • Ability to design and implement AI- or ML-driven solutions for lead scoring, intent detection, forecasting, and personalization.

  • Hands-on expertise in building dashboards and operational analytics using BI tools and data pipelines.

  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and revenue intelligence tools.

  • Competence in API usage, scripting, or low-code platforms for custom GTM automation.

  • Strong data hygiene, governance, and data modeling skills to ensure accuracy and trust across systems.
